I ordered a large quantity (46 items) of clothing for newborns (twins arriving soon) including every type of onesie, pants, singlets, bibs, sleep suits, socks, bonnets etc etc. They arrived in a crumpled wet box with a lid on it that wasn't sealed which allowed moisture into the clothing (wet weather that week). You could literally look inside the box without taking the lid off. Inside, the items had obviously been thrown in with no care whatsoever. There was no protective wrapping or paper on anything, and many of the items looked like they had been used to dust furniture. I sent an immediate email to Bonds "customer care: (HA!) and was told that I needed to fill out a form, list all the items I am not happy with (all 46!) and specify if I wanted the same prints that I originally ordered and paid for??? If that wasn't bad enough, they said that my items would be replaced in 4-6 weeks. Erm... I need the items now??? Do they think people can afford to just buy more stuff while we wait a month and a half for them to replace their dodgy products? I was flabbergasted. I sent two more emails, including photos of the box and items that were damp and dirty but they are refusing to communicate or offer any solution. I will now have to wash all the items in a mould removal solution and then wash 2 or 3 more times to get those chemicals out before they are safe to put on newborns. I can't believe how far down hill Bonds has gone. Bonds will never get another dollar out of me and I will make sure others know how poorly they treat previously loyal customers.
