Review BONDS now
Ordered baby wander suits on Friday and the clothes were delivered on following Thursday. So less than 1 week.
I only saw the online reviews after I made the order and was worried. But the clothes came well on time. Thank you Bonds. Keep this up and hope you get a good online reputation.
We value feedback and we hope you love the Bonds products as much as we do.
Took me 6 weeks and 4x attempts to hear back from Bonds as to where my replacement item. Took them so long that they sold out and I only received a half hearted apology. For a long time customer, this is a disgusting manner in which to be treated.
Have always purchased online in the past with no problem. Recently I placed an order online and now 1 month has passed and I still have not received my order. Emailed bonds a few times already with no reply, also called customer service and they said they will look into it and get back to me, it has been a week already since I spoke to them. Guess I probably won’t be getting an answer or my money back.
Ordered goods in March online, have been trying to communicate with Bonds to get goods or a refund, final email I got said: Now trying to deal with Aust Post who are just as bad, DO NOT ORDER ONLINE YOU MAY NEVER GET THE GOODS, AND WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID, WORSE SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
Australia Post has advised us the following:
"We have now received a reply from our Delivery Network who have advised the GPS scan shows the driver was at the correct address and the colour of the bricks in the safe drop image matches google maps for that address. My apologies for any inconvenience caused to your customer."
With the safe drop image you can request this from Australia Post directly. Your Australia Post tracking number is: 48500500404099.
So the colour of the brick match, the fact that I live in a unit and all the units are made in the same brick does not mean it has been delivered to my place, I have lived here for 13 years and have always had things left on the door if I am not home, but for the last 5 years I have been a stay a home mum until April this year so where the hell are my goods or a refund.
Bought from Shellharbour bonds store and returned a product through my savings account. Had to return it due to a fitting problem. Stupid sales girl put it through as a credit return so still not showing in my account three days later. When I asked her why and told her I needed the money to replace item elsewhere urgently she shrugged her shoulders and said "oh well". Just hoping to see refund soon so I don't have to go back there ever again.
I have had the most awful experience with bonds so I will NEVER be returning. I ordered $70 worth of leggings on a 40% off sale on the 11th of May. It is now a whole MONTH later and I have no items to show download it. I emailed bonds in reply to my order to initially get it resolved and no one replied to me - I then contacted their online customer support line where I was offered a re-send of the stock or a refund. Desperately needing these items I asked fora resend and was told that it would take 1-2 weeks. When I emailed back the rep couldn't even be bothered to reply! It has been 2 weeks since then and I STILL have NONE of my items.
Can't help but feel very ripped off and extremely bitter about the whole experience.
Bad Customer Service!!
I went to craigieburn store today 29.05.18 and asked for help the staff serving at counter was busy so she came and told me that she get other staff member from backroom to help me out so when other team member came out to help me i asked few questions about nursing bras to which she said never heard about what full cups bras ever before? Then i ask her to measure so i could pick a right size as after giving birth my sizing changed she said they dont measure. So overall no interest to help customer. Sorry to say but Bond started and orinally was all about intimates, bras and undergarments and this rude team member doesnot even know basic features of bra.
Horrible staff dont know her name but tall heavy blonde wearing black sweat.
Anyways they lost me as a customer as i just went to Bras n Things great customer service just around the corner and spent $150.
Who cares about 40% off when bonds have off team member unwilling to help.
Painful shipping times, non-existent customer service! Paid extra for express shipping and still haven’t received my parcel over a week later. Definitely NOT buying from bonds online again!!
Super slow shipping and unhelpful customer service. It's a pity as it's such a wonderful and iconic brand. Based on the reviews I think you need to up your game Bonds!
Will not be buying from bonds online ever again. Made one order 2 months ago for a tee, that order was 'on hold' for a week and when I emailed them and confirmed my details they said they'd send the order to the warehouse. Then a few days later I received an email that said the tee I'd ordered was out of stock and I'd receive a refund, which then took another week to show up in my account.
Then 3 weeks ago I made an order, once again 'on hold' for too long so I emailed got a response to confirm my details which I did and have since received no more communication from bonds. Despite me sending 2 more emails and 2 facebook msgs. So I have no order, no idea what's happening and money already gone from my account!
they sent me a voucher code that didn't work. I contacted "customer service" but never got a response. Now I keep getting reminders about things in my shopping cart which I am now never going to buy
I won't be buying anything from Bonds online in the future. I ordered three items. A hoodie, sweatpants, and a pair of tights. The hoodie was way too long in the torso, and the sweatpants were incorrectly listed on the site as having a drawstring when they didn't. They didn't contain a return sticker, so I contacted Bonds using the contact form on their site. I didn't hear back from them. I contacted them on their Facebook page. Didn't hear back. I contacted them again on their contact form and they answered my queries. I sent the parcel back to them almost a week and a half ago and I have not heard from them. I had to purchase my own tracking for an additional $2.95 because I didn't trust it would find them. I have emailed their contact form since and have not heard back at all. Terrible customer service and returns processes. Will be following them up again in two days if I have not heard back.
I ordered a large quantity (46 items) of clothing for newborns (twins arriving soon) including every type of onesie, pants, singlets, bibs, sleep suits, socks, bonnets etc etc. They arrived in a crumpled wet box with a lid on it that wasn't sealed which allowed moisture into the clothing (wet weather that week). You could literally look inside the box without taking the lid off. Inside, the items had obviously been thrown in with no care whatsoever. There was no protective wrapping or paper on anything, and many of the items looked like they had been used to dust furniture. I sent an immediate email to Bonds "customer care: (HA!) and was told that I needed to fill out a form, list all the items I am not happy with (all 46!) and specify if I wanted the same prints that I originally ordered and paid for??? If that wasn't bad enough, they said that my items would be replaced in 4-6 weeks. Erm... I need the items now??? Do they think people can afford to just buy more stuff while we wait a month and a half for them to replace their dodgy products? I was flabbergasted. I sent two more emails, including photos of the box and items that were damp and dirty but they are refusing to communicate or offer any solution. I will now have to wash all the items in a mould removal solution and then wash 2 or 3 more times to get those chemicals out before they are safe to put on newborns. I can't believe how far down hill Bonds has gone. Bonds will never get another dollar out of me and I will make sure others know how poorly they treat previously loyal customers.
I have shopped bonds online for years and have never had an issue. Free returns policy is great. I love the baby and kids range. So much easier to purchase online than having to go shopping with 2 little ones. Kids clothing prices are very competitive.
Paid £16 for shipping + £20 for customs on children's clothes.I just bought 6/7 sleepsuits.
I have been waiting for my order over 2 weeks. After contacting Customer Service I found out that my item is sold out. Unfortunately Bonds forgot to inform me about that. My purchase has been cancelled. I needed this swimsuit as I was going on holidays. Not meeting customers expectation at all! Very disappointing!
I had an awful experience. Their product is great so I ordered a few sleepers. When they arrived after receiving free shipping, there was a $52 bill for taxes and duties, which is not supposed to apply to baby clothes. I was explicit with the shipment company NOT to send back to Australia while I resolved with Bonds, and apparently BONDS requested it be sent back. So now I've paid for the product, they went directly against my wishes and sent it back to Australia and I do not have my sleepers. What a disaster.
To top it all off, I had emailed them as soon as DHL brought me the bill, and it's over a week later and they never got back to me, yet somehow they had the time to ask DHL to return it. Awful customer service.
I made an online order with 5 items and only 4 arrived. I sent an email to them straight away because it was past their phone call hours. They never got back to me so I had to call them a few days later and wait on the phone for ages before the operator told me that it was marked as sent and the best he could do was give me a refund for the missing item. I said the problem is, I still want that item but the colour I selected is now sold out, so I suggested some kind of exchange. I asked for them to send the same item but just a different colour but the operator said he couldn't do that. I kept reiterating that all of this was their fault and they have now wasted my precious time writing to and calling them. The least they could've done is to replace my item. It's not my fault that they didn't pack one of my items so they should go above and beyond to fix the problem. I have now written to them again to say that that is an unacceptable solution. I won't be holding my breath for a reply or for something useful to be done. To Bonds, I'm just a little no one customer who isn't worth trying to keep. So disappointed!
Postage takes way too long. I was surprised a big company like bonds has not got a quicker turn around time. Would not order online again
DON"T EVER BUY GIFTS FOR OTHER PEOPLE FROM BONDS - THEY ARE THE KINGS OF MISLEADING & DECEPTIVE CONDUCT.
Two and a half weeks ago I bought some clothes from Bonds, for my girlfriends birthday. When I bought them I asked if I could change the size, if needed. I was told that I had 4 weeks time, in order to consider exchange, for a different size. I bought numerous items but the shorts I bought ended up being the wrong size. I went back yesterday, driving more than half an hour, to exchange the shorts. When I arrived, I was told that they stopped stocking that item two weeks ago and have different seasonal stock in store now. I asked if there were other stores were I could exchange for a different size, but same design. The lady checked her computer and told me that there were numerous items in the size I was looking for, in a number of Bonds Outlet stores. I asked if I could go to one of those stores and exchange the shorts and was told that I could. I was then given the address for the stores most closest to my home. I then drove another 30 minutes to the Bonds store and asked to exchange the shorts for a different size. The lady told me that I couldn't exchange items purchased in a normal store for items in a Bonds Outlet. I then asked the lady if the Bonds Outlet was owned by Bonds and she said that it was. I explained the situation again to the lady serving me and explained that I had been told to drive to this store. She made a comment, suggesting that I wouldn't have been told that and that it was bad luck regardless. Her response was simply that store policy didn't allow me to exchange the item. What was worse is that the store attendant delivered these messages in a manner that showed disgust for me and complete disregard for my desire to make my partner happy. I spent nearly 3 hours driving around and walking through shopping centres and was treated like absolute crap by Bonds. Importantly, the treatment I received from Bonds contravenes multiple areas of Consumer Law. Firstly, refusal to honour the exchange policy provided to me when I purchased the shorts. Secondly, misleading & deceptive conduct with regards to the statement that I had 4 weeks to change the size, when staff knew the stock would no longer be available in the coming days. More significantly, just being plain a#@eholes when I was a paying customer who was just trying to make my partner happy and give her the shorts she now likes. Bonds is an absolute joke of a company. In terms of customer service, they are probably the most Un-Australian company I have ever dealt with.
