Elected Judicial Officials and District Attorneys: New SOS Contact Information for Oaths of Office

Following the November 8, 2016 election, state-level elected officials (Supreme Court Justices, Courts of Appeal and Courts of Criminal Appeal Justices, District Judges, and District Attorneys) should file their Statements of Officer and Oaths of Office with the Secretary of State’s Elections Division. The documents may be sent by fax, email, or postal mail however if sent by fax or email please send original of both documents to:
